Cooking Experiment: Mongolian Chicken
It's been a bit of a while, I wanted to try and make something like Mongolian beef. Except, why not give making it with chicken a try?
Well, I've discovered the picture in the recipe kind of lies. It looks nothing like the promised yummy crispy-fried chicken. Unless I'm doing it wrong, which I could be.
Still tasted pretty good though!

It looks like if I want it to look like the third picture, then what I would have to do would be to use an actual batter and deep fry the chicken, then mix the chicken with the sauce. Still, I think the sauce came out pretty okay. I added more honey for sweetness instead of sugar.
