SW: The Old Republic MMO free trial weekend

Looks like if you want to try SWTOR, you can do so for free this coming weekend. You'll be able to level up to 15 and experience all the starting and capital worlds.

I'd suggest if you want interesting storylines, trying the Smuggler or Trooper (Republic side) or Sith Inquisitor or Imperial Agent (Imperial side).

1: Doesn't run on the Mac.
2: I had to spend way too much time futzing around on their site to find this out! BAD SWTOR-making people, BAD! *smacks with newspaper*

I second the Imperial side choices. Sadly, I found the Republic storylines very bland though Smuggler was tolerable, at least.

Whoops! Sorry. >_> Yes, PC-only.

Personally, for game development (my perennial attempt to get some traction thereof) I keep eying multi-platform libraries, so I am always surprised when realize something is PC-only.

Ah, well. Means I don't have to risk yet another MMORPG. I've already got City of Heroes (gotta log on sometime...), WoW, and EverQuest Classic: Al'Kabor.
