Bacon croissant bread pudding

Sadly, I didn't cook this...



It's a bread pudding made with croissants, topped with bacon. Delish! The bacon wasn't terribly salty; really it was more like the way sea salt sprinkled on chocolate caramel emphasizes the overall sweetness of the dish.
