Cooking Experiment: Mini-Spinach Frittatas

tuftearsSince I started making quiches, I've theorized that they would be good in cupcake-size. I decided to try that today...
After having actually tried them though, I think it's kind of a waste of effort for breakfast, and they won't do well as party food, at least without a miniature crust of some kind to make them easier to hold. Easier to just lay the spinach and eggs out in a pie pan and bake them that way.
The rolls are just pre-made frozen rolls that I baked. Those are also something I wouldn't get again; they're a ltitle too dry.
Ah well, win some, lose some! Still edible, just not an amazing new discovery.
