Bay Area types! Housewarming party in June or July?

I should have things pretty much cleaned out in my new house and appropriate furniture for guests sometimes in June or July, so I figured I'd check and see who is around, interested, and when they expect to be available-- I'd hate to schedule right across a good friend's vacation, for instance! Be sure to mention dietary restrictions too.

No gifts please! I may have free books, however-- in organizing and sorting my collection onto shelves, I've found I have a lot of duplicate books.
