The weasel-like aliens are in Timecrossed Engineer, to be specific. ^.^ The fantasy heist story will probably include a variety of D&D races in 'furry versions' e.g. dragon-blooded kobolds, canid-descended kobolds, pig-like orcs. But it'll be a 19th-century Earth-like environment.
If you can manage it, I'd definitely think about using a separate non-Windows computer of some sort. A tablet might do if you don't need to be able to type with great speed. Since I wanted to be able to wander around the house and write wherever I am, I decided on a laptop form factor, but even then, they're making Chromebooks in various form factors that can swap between tablet and laptop modes.
It seems at the *moment* that Recall isn't enabled on the Windows 11 Home setup I got from the computer store, and I was able to hide Copilot, at least.
