As I mentioned in my spinach piroshkis post, the piroshkis came out covered in flour and the dough tasted pretty plain. So, here's my first shot at fixing that problem, with the other piroshki I baked yesterday.

I sprayed the thing with butter-flavored cooking spray on both sides, then sprinkled sea salt generously. Then I put some olive oil in a pan and sautee'd it for 5 minutes on each side.
Much more tempting looking now! And tastier, too. *nom*
