More food I didn't cook!

The poblano pepper quesadilla was wonderful! The tortilla had asiago cheese crusted into it. We ordered it with chicken. Had we known how much was going to be served, we could have had just that for dinner for the both of us!

These are the carnada adoblada (?) enchiladas I had-- they're filled with tasty pork. They're served New Mexican style (I requested as such) with a fried egg on top. A fried egg on top of Mexican food, you ask? Oddly it actually works really well, the egg mellows out the spicy red enchilada sauce quite nicely.
For dessert, we attempted to find a Cold Stone Creamery... Our GPSes came up with a close-by one... that had closed some years ago. Whoops. We eventually found our way to the one in the nearby mall. Yum, strawberry icecream folded with strawberries and blueberries. ^_^
