This wasn't too much of an experiment, but it worked pretty well, so I thought I'd share! Are you tired of cooking pancakes one at a time and either people have to eat one at a time or wait and let them get cold? Then try baking a big pancake!

I basically made up one cup of oat bran pancake mix with 2/3rd cup of water (as per package directions), mixed in 8 pieces of peaches (diced) and a little eggs-tra egg for flavor, then put that in a greased pie pan and baked it in an oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Came out like this! Though I ended up eating half the pancake, so this is actually two servings of pancakes, not four.
Scrambled eggs are chicken-apple sausage, chopped onions and bell pepper strips (from Safeway's bags, no need to cut), and eggbeaters. I aerated the eggbeaters before putting them in, it made a good difference in the fluffiness of the scrambled eggs.
Yum. ^_^
