You might recall last week's WAFFLZ. This week, I had been intending to go to a birthday lunch for my mother, but she was in the hospital last night so it was cancelled. So, I made WAFFL4.
Then she un-cancelled so I had to gobble it up quickly and work on getting hungry again for lunch, but eh, the WAFFL4 is still well worth sharing.

The four flavors, clockwise from upper right: tangerine marmalade (sour), I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (savory), cinnamon sugar (spicy), and honey (sweet). Tasted great! I think having a mix, each in its own quarter, really works well.
I believe I've hit just the right amount of batter to make for a single person. Half a cup of Krusteaz oat bran pancake mix, plus enough Eggbeater and water to fill the measuring cup to the one cup level, and a teaspoon of olive oil, stir well, pour into the maker.
