I can't really give you a recipe for this - I was trying to use up leftover teriyaki sauce. But the point of this exercise was to give my new cast iron grill pan a try. I think initial results are... Encouraging, but not themselves great.

I sort of failed on cooking the chicken... I wound up microwaving it that last little bit to cook the inner part of the breasts. If and when I attempt this again, I'll sear it on both sides for 2 mins, then take the pan and put it into the oven and roast it at 375 for another 10 mins, that'll be much easier with thick chicken breasts.
Still, it was reasonably tasty! I liked the flavor of the chicken.
The brown sauce on the carrots is actually leftover teriyaki sauce from marinading the chicken, which I used to sautee the carrots, then thickened with some corn starch.
