Google Life: the 'Pop-Up' at Crittenden

The last event of the summer that I noted was this 'pop-up' -- basically a lot of chairs and "socially friendly" settings appeared on the grass in the middle of the campus, and there were tables serving up various snacks. Not a huge event, but it was nice. Hope they do this sort of thing more often!

They had bowls of chocolate out for taste-testing. I tasted a bit but it was before lunch and I figured I could come back later... Sadly by the time I remembered, it was too late! Whoops.

Those other bowls are just decorative. Possibly to weigh the shelves down so they wouldn't tip over too easily.



Here's one of the snacks I tried. Some sort of barbecued chicken on flatbreads. Pretty tasty. They had sliced mushrooms on flatbread for the vegetarians too.
