It's... A pen that's designed to be held with your wrist in a neutral position, thus helping to alleviate wrist injuries. Interesting. They had these in tablet stylus versions too, I think.

How do you hold the darn thing?

Index finger in the fork, thumb on left side, middle finger on right side, you basically hold it as you would a computer mouse.

Huh. Having some trouble visualizing it. I'm guessing if I do a search on this, there has to be a web site somewhere showing how to hold it properly.
