Cooking Experiment: Applesauce Bread

One hazard of buying mixed flavors of yogurt is that you may get a flavor you don't like as much. In my case, the mixed yogurt has strawberry, peach, and vanilla flavors, and I'm not that fond of vanilla. So what was I to do with the vanilla yogurt?

I looked at the ingredients I had lying around and decided to try... Applesauce yogurt bread!
