Haircut thoughts?

tuftearsI need to figure out if I need to go back for a second haircut round, or if one of these suits me. Tell me what you think, LJ friends!
This is me with my hair down:
And me with my hair ponytail-tied up:
*flails* I was actually intending to get it cut somewhat shorter than this, but the hairstylist seemed to like this length. At the least I guess my hair's evened out so I don't look totally unkempt before meeting someone tomorrow.
