A variation of Loco Moco...

Some of you may have heard of Loco Moco, the Hawaiian comfort food. It features white rice, a hamburger on top, a fried egg or two on top of that, and brown gravy slathered liberally over the whole thing.

Inspired by a friend's recent endeavors in that direction, I decided to try creating the healthy version.
