Cooking Experiment: Steamed Eggs
Dec. 5th, 2010 08:29 pmIt's been a bit since the last cooking experiment, hasn't it? Well, I didn't count the spinach dish from Thanksgiving, though that came out decently, since it was really pretty simple. (I peeled some carrots and did a honey-ginger glaze on them, then I cut up the carrot peels and mixed them into saute'd spinach along with almond slivers and saute'd that some more - came out pretty good, IMO)
So, this week's exercise was another 'get Mom to eat more veggies' one. And since I haven't had steamed eggs in a while - it's a Chinese home cooking kind of thing that you won't see in restaurants - I settled on this.
