Cooking Leftovers: Pineapple Meatloaf

Not an experiment exactly since I was pretty sure it'd turn out well... But it does happen that I have leftovers from a previous week that I want to do something with - and heating it up just doesn't excite. So, I had this turkey/grated carrots meatloaf. And I had this can of diced pineapples.

Cooking Experiment: Chicken Spinach Rollups

All right, now this was the cooking experiment for the day. A friend had suggested chicken rollups, which I've never done before, but sounded like an intriguing concept. The ingredients sounded simple:

4 chicken breast halves
1 lb spinach
1/2 bottle marinara sauce
Parmesan cheese
